Our Mission
Moore Properties provides a hands-on approach to each individual house resulting in meticulous maintained and promptly serviced dwellings. Implementing one house, one lease, one payment approach; all Tenants are responsible to each other collectively for monthly rent and abiding by the terms of the lease. Moore Properties does not lease individual rooms; we will never place an unknown individual with you. Limiting Tenant duties through the Tenant Maintenance Service, we provide installment of monthly new air filters, groundskeeping, and quarterly pest control. We are responsible for the repair of major appliances such as refrigerators, washer and dryers and we annually clean HVAC and dryer vents. This $60 service is in addition to the base monthly rental rate. Applications and additional required information are processed via encrypted software.

M. Moore Properties is a multi-generational family company, founded over 75 years ago. The late State Se, William T Moore of Bryan Distinguished Alumni (Class of ’40)
Senator Moore was also known as the “Bull of the Brazos”, he is credited for doing more for Texas A&M than anyone in the past and current Texas government. Including hand selecting the Board of Regents members to ensure the entrance of women to the University
In 1971, Sen Moore introduced Senate Bill 338 calling for the creation of the Texas Real Estate Research Center (TREC) and placing it in the College of Agriculture at Texas A&M University. The proposed legislation flew through the senate. One of the many components of the law focused on teaching programs at Texas colleges and universities, awarding scholarships, and supplying material for the Texas real estate exam, streamlining sales and rentals of residential dwellings.
In recognition of his service, the name of the admissions building was changed to the Moore/Connelly building.
Mary Elizabeth Moore is the current manager of M. Moore Properties. She earned a Master of Real Estate Finance degree at Texas A&M class of ’12.
